Initialization Guide for Team-managed Projects

For team-managed project:

  1. Go into Jira and find TestVia in your APPS list, after this you can see the Create New Issue Type page.

  2. Click [Add issue types] link, then you will be lead to Issue Types page

  1. Click [+Add issue type] button in the left side bar, a Create issue type window popup.

  1. 3 new Issue types needed, please enter the Name exactly be:

  • TestVia-Case

  • TestVia-Run

  • TestVia-Milestone

Click Create in the popup window for each issue type.

  1. After creating the 3 issue types, back to TestVia. Click Refresh and Click Launch TestVia for Jira, you will access TestVia.
